To date, PeoplePlus has made a difference to over 500,000 people.About the role.Our Engagement Key Workers actively market an employability service within the local community. They engage with third party organisations including Job Centres to source suitable referrals for relevant employability programmes. They carry out the initial meetings with potential candidates to make sure we can offer the best service or programme for their needs.Have you got what it takes?You will need to demonstrate a passion for what you do. You should have experience of engaging with different client groups with significant barriers to employment, ideally have a background in working with under represented groups and be able to build and maintain relationships with third party organisations. Strong communication skills both written and verbal are essential.
