Equity Capital Market (ECM) Technology Lead \n \n Job ID:R0029285\n \n Listed: 2020-09-14\n \n Regular/Temporary: Regular\n \n Location: London \n \n Position Overview \n \n Job Title: Equity Capital Market (ECM) Technology Lead\n \n Location: London\n \n Corporate Title: Vice President\n \nThe Corporate Finance technology team is responsible for delivering solutions to the European Union (EU) and United States ECM businesses. There is a substantial business presence in London covering origination and syndication. The product mix includes Initial Public Offerings, blocks and convertible bond issuance. You will be the point person for ECM and will work closely with Trading, Sales and Syndication. Tracking and communicating issues where appropriate Improve business process working closely with the Trading Desk and key stakeholders in London Involvement in the life cycle of each project to help define and model business requirements, test cases, and user interface designs Initial focus to refactor F2B model from booking to settlement, upon completion the project moves to analytics phase to leverage the data insights \n \n Your skills and experience \n Strong knowledge of building and managing an Agile development team Strong Business Functional Analysis and Product knowledge.
