For our client we are looking to build a team of field sales agents who will be working from pre-qualified and confirmed appointments on a daily basis selling home energy services. This very lucrative and our lowest earners are earning over £50,000 pa. The company specialise in energy saving and other high tech home energy solutions. Providing a first class design, consultancy and installation service to the residential sectors throughout Glasgow area and Western Scotland. (You will be provided appointments close to wher you live.) Working closely with leading edge technology suppliers the company aim to bring customers the most efficient and cost effective products available on the market today.
What the company offers is an innovative service designed to reduce energy bills for residential consumers as well as lowering the carbon footprint output of energy usage. What this means for the customer is that the money they save from their energy usage is quickly returned after their initial investment. Essentially, what you will be selling is an environmentally friendly way of saving people money. Fiance packages are offred to customers teh payment opf whih are funded by thee savings. At tehg moment home improvemnts are booming and our Field Sales are making money from week 1 and earning over £5K per month on the first quarter and to £10K per month from then on.
Experience in sales is advantageous although not essential as we look for natural sales ability and a raw talent that only certain individuals possess, whether you have 20 years sales experience or none at all we treat everyone the same and give everyone the chance to be a success in sales.We have people without sales experience on startign erning over £100K in their first year. This is a very lucrative industry wioth a comapny tht is beign all of its competitors. This is achvieved by a comprehensive training, personal development and support system.
Job Role:
• Direct selling to pre-qualified appointments (no cold calling)
• Explaining the benefits of the products to prospects
• Closing face to face meetings with potential customers with a confirmed interest
• Full product training and head office support provided
• Commissions will be paid on a weekly basis
• Appointmentss are mainly late morning, afternoons, early evening and Saturdays.
You will be working with one of the country’s most innovative and fastest growing energy saving providers and for the right person there will be the opportunity to sell additional "high end" products within the parent company’s portfolio. You will be paid seriously high uncapped sales commissions, designed to reward those sales people that are willing to put in the hard work in order to receive high rewards! So if your focus is on the basic salary instead of the potential salary, then you are not for us. You will however receive a 100% of an admin fee of each deal so that you are not under any financial pressure.
