Are you?We are looking for a driven individual who will play a critical role in shaping the future for AVEVA Campaign performance tracking and optimizationResponsibilities• Gather and analyze data from various sources, verify data integrity, build reports, and deliver insights to Campaign and Digital Marketing teams• Contextualize the data effectively for action• Make recommendations for testing – work with Campaign Managers to setup and measure campaign tests• Develop bottoms up forecasting with Campaign Managers• Translate Digital Reports into actionable insights for Campaign Managers to act on• Optimize Campaign Paid Media spends – work with paid media agency to allocate best budgets for paid media• Define an optimal digital strategy for Campaigns - work with an agency to recommend keywords/Always On Campaigns• Working with Marketing Operations, create a reporting system across all campaign marketing programs, develop and track KPIs, streamline data funnels and optimize processes, and provide ROI analysis• Work with cross-functional teams to implement analytical solutions using data-driven recommendations• Working closely with the Digital Marketing Data Analyst, monitor and analyze worldwide campaigns• Influence the short, medium and long-term strategy for Campaign analytics• Develop and deliver dashboards that monitor campaign performance and program effectiveness• Clearly communicate performance, insight and recommendationsSkills & Qualifications• BA or BS in Marketing, Business, Information Services or related field.• 3-5+ years of experience working with HubSpot/Marketo, SalesForce, Adobe Analytics, Google or other web analytics tools, preferably with a B2B company• Understand and can define and optimize our data layer approach as it applies to marketing campaigns.• Familiar with approaches including marketing automation, search/social/display advertising, email marketing, SEO, landing page optimization, conversion rate optimization, content marketing, A/B testing and lead nurturing.• Experience defining testing and optimization strategies.• Strong aptitude and experience in internet-related technologies, web design and online marketing programs.• Experience with SEO strategy and paid search• Excellent communication skills - strong presentation skills.• Highly developed organizational skills required to handle multiple, ongoing projects.• Ability to prioritize, solve problems, manage projects, communicate effectively, and work with cross functional teams• Advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint• Produced and presented reports at an executive level while also working closely with the core team while driving the necessary action.
