Head Chef Hong Kong - Relocation Required 5000 - £6000 PCM Start Date: ASAP We are searching for highly skilled and motivated sous, head or executive chefs, with experience working with Japanese cuisine, to lead the team at one of Hong Kong’s most renowned high-end, award-winning Japanese inspired restaurants. You will be trained in Japanese cuisine, have worked managed a kitchen for a minimum of 3 years and be willing to relocate to Hong Kong. Responsibilities Menu development Recruitment and training of staff Ongoing staff development Ensuring that products produced are of a consistent quality Managing orders and cost budgets Ensuring that all health and hygiene regulations are adhered to and that all documentation relating to this is kept up to date Flexible and adaptable to the client’s requests This role is live and we are looking to get candidates over to Hong Kong ASAP.
