What you’ll do... Reporting into the Head of Product, Design and UX, you will: Lead the product team for the Core Services Tribe, this includes the line management of other people within the Product function (Product Managers, Senior Product Managers) Set the direction for product and experiences within the tribe Work with technology counterpart to drive best working practices in order to achieve strategy and tactics defined  Cultivate an iterative approach to creating value – MVP, testing and measuring Sets and communicates the strategic vision for product set  Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy in  Inspires a culture that marries the internal and external user experience ahead of everything else Defining and reporting of tribe objectives, metrics, and product/delivery health Articulates and manages dependencies within and between tribes Work with Customer Operations teams, Commercial and Marketing teams to help create Product Roadmaps by defining the KPI’s and metrics to maximise value to the business Take part in various working groups with peers outside of Product and Technology to solve business-wide challenges Uses internal and external trends and activities to influence plans/direction Focus on medium to long term strategy Skills/experience needed... We are looking for an individual of potential, with relevant product delivery experience in a consumer facing digital or ecommerce environment. Key skills and experience would ideally include: Product Management experience within a lean / agile development methodology Experience of working directly with technology teams in an Agile environment Strong leadership, including coaching and mentoring, and desire to grow and develop as a leader Understanding of customer interactions and user journeys on transactional digital products and demonstrating a passion for continually improving customer experience An analytical and inquisitive mind-set with the ability to translate business cases and analysis into tangible outcomes Naturally collaborative, and with a desire to be part of a highly successful team rather than just a highly successful individual Interest in and knowledge of the latest consumer technology and media trends, in particular an interest in mobile based products Highly organised and self-motivated, with a desire to see a job through to conclusion Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and comfortable operating at all levels of an organisation We’re building and promoting a culture where difference is valued & everyone can be the best version of themselves.
