Join us today and release yours.About this roleThe Healthcare Director is strategically responsible for driving Enterprise’s ambition in the Healthcare sector, for businesses larger than 100 seats, working with Regional Account Managers and Directors to establish a prioritised plan for growing BT’s Healthcare revenues above £100m. Responsible for business development across CPS Major Government and Regions for all Healthcare opportunities, incorporating managing our relationship centrally into NHS-x (the UK government policy and strategy organisation), and NHS-Digital. This is one of a handful of significant Enterprise growth opportunities with expectations and visibility at Enterprise CEO level, and Group CFO level. BT Enterprise has around 1.2 million customers and serve over half the FTSE 350. Our customers range from big household names, government departments and public service organisations right through to small businesses and new start-ups. We cover both the communications and IT services markets. Overall, we’re focused on four main product markets: Fixed Voice; Mobility; Fibre and connectivity; networked IT services provided over the biggest UK network in both fixed and mobile communications.Our Wholesale business helps communications providers (CPs) and other organisations provide fixed or mobile phone services. Our ventures provide mass-market services like directory enquiries and payphones, and enterprise services including BT Redcare. We also offer specialist enterprise services to our Internet of Things customers.Corporate & Public Sector Sales function is focused on driving value for customers of more than 100 employees. Customers at this level require a higher degree of intimacy with more complex solutions or integrations.  There is a dedicated team, with a national focus, for major public sector accounts – enabling us to manage our key Government and Defence relationships consistently and securely.You'll have the following responsibilitiesAccountable for owning Healthcare P&L across Major Government and CPS regions.Managing our relationship with Central Government in the UK around Healthcare.Drive Enterprise product and proposition strategy from Healthcare perspective, ensuring we have leading products and propositions that can win in this market.Drive development of smart solutions for the Healthcare sector.Full business development accountability in the Healthcare sector.Consulting/enabling and driving CPS regions to sell Healthcare propositions in a consistent and co-ordinated way.You'll have the following skills & experienceExecutive level sales and business development bringing to conclusion large deals (multiple tens of millions)Extensive knowledge of the Healthcare sector and ability to move around that industry with confidence using existing contacts and knowledge baseExternal Stakeholder/Communication Government – down a level from Matt Hancock (Minister for Health)Trust CEOsNHS-X/NHS Digital at CXO levelOrgs and bodies that influence the Healthcare marketInternal Stakeholder/Communication DirectorMarketing Director – how message the industryBT strategy and Transformation Director (Mike Sherman) – aligning to our future product strategy and roadmapEnterprise CEO – updates in the Healthcare marketExperience you would be expected to have: -10+ years’ experience at senior levels in Healthcare industry.Familiar and credible with working with the most senior stakeholders in this sector (able to open doors and highest levels across Healthcare industry, especially NHS) Significant experience of running businesses (large scale P&Ls, business development, pipeline management).BenefitsB-Level People FrameworkAbout BTBT has a key role in British society, fostering change and leading technology innovation.
