Helpdesk - 1st line - Technical Support - Service Desk A fantastic opportunity has arisen in Liverpool for a Helpdesk Analyst / Service Desk Analyst for a period of 12 months on a fixed term contract basis. You will provide mainly first line technical support to internal staff via the IT Service Desk, resolving reported incidents and services request ( usually straightforward technical issues) escalating to the appropriate IT resolver group (including third-party suppliers) when needed, ensuring all calls are logged and dealt within the agreed SLA's The successful candidate will be ideally ITIL qualified and will have previous experience operating in a helpdesk and excellent customer service skills.
