Job Introduction This role is for 39 hours per week. So that you get the best start with us and whilst you're busy learning, we'll make sure your earnings are guaranteed (pro rata) for the first 3 months of your employment. This means you can be sure you'll earn at least £6,250 during that time. Calling all social butterflies! Not only helping them find that perfect floor but providing a full end-to-end service. That's where you come in. Do you love being out and about and mobile? We need people who are meticulous about detail, love learning about new products and services and have an eye for great design. You'll be visiting our customers in their homes to help them pick the right flooring and measuring up so you can provide them with everything they need to get their project off the ground. Our obsession for finding the right fit isn't just for customers but you too. We know that different people like to work in different ways, so this job is perfect for those looking for something different than the standard 9-5. You get a lot of autonomy with this role but you're still part of a store team. A full driving licence and access to your own car is a must, but with full training given, previous experience in this area isn't vital. We're more interested in finding out how you'll connect with our customers and your passion for delivering great service. Interested? In return for your hard work and commitment you will be rewarded with a competitive salary and commission (salary £16.5K and OTE is around £25K although the earning potential is uncapped).
