Home Working Residential Conveyancer - Part Time
- Category: Legal
- Location: Cardiff Cardiff
- Date: 2 days ago
Are you interested in having the flexibility of home working?
We are recruiting for one of the largest and rapidly-expanding conveyancing law firms in the UK.
This role is very interesting in that you will be employed permanently, but as an internal locum. Rather than running your own conveyancing caseload, you will be covering for other conveyancers when they are on holiday or otherwise absent from the office.
The length of these stints will vary, from one day, one week or longer depending on what you are covering.
To be suitable for this role, you will already have significant volume conveyancing experience. Those with at least 4-5 years' experience handling up to 80+ cases at any one time are encouraged to apply.
You will need to be efficient in picking up on others' work quickly and resolving issues with little supervision.
This is a home working role, so you will need to be fully computer literate and used to managing your own time and working autonomously.
This position can be offered on a full or part-time basis (minimum of 3 days per week). Although home working, you will be expected to work within core office hours Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (with the occasional need to work alternative hours ie: 10-6pm, 11-7pm or 12-8pm).
You could be either a licensed conveyancer, solicitor or legal executive with at least 4-5 years' experience. Those who are unqualified, but have relevant experience especially with high volume conveyancing, are also encouraged to apply. You will need to reside in the UK.
This is a home working residential conveyancer position. If required, you can be supplied with a PC, desk and chair to get yourself set up to work from home.
Competitive salary up to £35k - no commuting or parking costs involved.
In addition to the home working environment, you will also benefit from a firm wide bonus.
