Housing Apprentice / Customer Service Apprenticeship
Letchworth
£14,430 plus the opportunity to gain a level 3 Chartered Institute of Housing qualification*
The apprenticeship will run for approx 2 years

The role:
This fantastic opportunity offers the perfect blend between learning and earning to become a housing professional. As part of this journey, the successful candidate will be given the opportunity to take a level 3 Chartered Institute of Housing course whilst learning the skills to deliver first class customer centric services.
You will gain / develop the following skills;
A broad knowledge and ability to deliver a range of housing services.
A passion and eagerness to be involved in social purpose work.
The skills to deliver highly trusted but low effort services for all customers.
Team work; building good relationships and working collaboratively to achieve success.
About you:

Possesses 3 A level qualifications at grade C or above and GCSE’s in Maths and English (or equivalent).
Has a strong desire to build a career in social housing.
Is proficient in IT to include Microsoft Office.

Is reliable and enthusiastic with a willingness to learn.
