Due to business growth, we are now looking to appoint an HR and People Support Apprentice to strengthen our team.

As the HR and People Support Apprentice you will be responsible for the following:

Provide administrative support to HR, Payroll, Recruitment and Training teams within the People Support Department. 
Support the team in the delivery of its objectives demonstrating a ‘can do’ attitude and adopting a flexible and resourceful approach.
Dealing with confidential information.
Data entry and updating information
Answering of telephone queries from shops, colleagues and other members of staff
Scanning, photocopying, updating files, dealing with internal and external post and other basic office duties which will increase in level of responsibility as the role progresses
Any other duties 

Essential Skills, Experience and/or Quali

Interested in working in an HR and People Support environment.
Good IT literacy (good working knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Word).
Good organisation skills, able to prioritise and work effectively to deadlines within a sometimes pressurised environment.
Good oral communication skills. Ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels of seniority, liaise effectively with other internal departments and external contacts.
Good interpersonal skills, able to empathise, maintain professionalism, display patience and politeness within a sometimes pressurised environment.
A flexible and ‘can do’ working style.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills.
Ability to work as part of a team, on own initiative and with minimal supervision.
