Job Description A truly HR generalist role, you will touch every part of HR, ensuring the management team have the people at the heart of all the decision making. You'll play a key role in educating, supporting and growing our fast-paced food manufacturing business. SITUATION: People Partner / HR Business Partner / HRBP : Food / FMCG Part of a team of four (People Director, Advisor and Co-ordinator) you are key in delivering a robust HR service to c300 employees, covering all aspects of HR, engagement, internal comms, training, recruitment and handling multiple ER cases. Our management team is very good, but they need a strong, vocal, commercially sound HR professional to facilitate growth in the right way. There is some travel to our other sites when needed and the flexibility to work from home if/when you need to. That said, we believe that being available and visual to the workforce is essential to forging partnerships between HR and the rest of the business. JOB DESCRIPTION: People Partner / HR Business Partner / HRBP : Food / FMCG As a capable, experienced HR Business Partner you should already know the list of tasks that this role will involve. From developing well-being initiatives and skills audits to maintaining and ensuring the HRIS is fit for purpose. A full job description will be available to successful candidates. PERSON SPECIFICATION: People Partner / HR Business Partner / HRBP : Food / FMCG We are looking to hear from candidates who truly see the value in HR Business Partnering, being a part of the business and people focused is critical to our culture. Most likely you will have: · Experience of working in a 200+ employee manufacturing business (ideally food or FMCG but others considered). · A commercial mindset and be business driven, you will be the driving force behind most projects. · Qualified CIPD Level 5. · Previous experience in a generalist role with suitable knowledge of UK legislation and employment law. · To be flexible to the business needs and travel to our other sites (all UK) when required THE COMPANY: Having been established for over 50 years, we have grown from humble beginnings to one of the UK's leading food businesses.
