Industrial Disease Solicitor (2 Years + PQE) | Rochdale | £25,000+

Our client, a well-established law firm are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Industrial Disease Solicitor who is ideally 2 year+ PQE to join their busy and expanding department in Rochdale.

The Industrial Disease role will involve handling a broad range of disputes including Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL), asbestos related illnesses, respiratory diseases, and strain injury matters. You will also assess and vet potential new claims, ensure cases are processed in accordance with procedures, deal with complex and non-routine cases where appropriate as well as risk management.

You will have the ability to work in a fast paced, team environment where you will have full support of the department and senior team to further your legal career and reach your personal goals.

The ideal candidate will be hard working, dedicated and ambitious as well as having experience and knowledge of using Proclaim case management system.
