About Latham & WatkinsWith offices in 14 countries, more than 2,700 attorneys and over 2,500 professional staff, the key to our success and our continued ability to deliver the highest qual...About the role As an IG Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for providing assistance to IG and Records staff across the firm with the reviewing, organizing and processing of information. Other key responsibilities include: Providing direct support on all types of projects and other work handled by the IG Operations Support team Working with relevant Technology department personnel to properly configure and conduct IG-related reviews using litigation support applications Setting expectations on project timelines and ensuring that deadlines for work completion are met Moving, labelling, and implementing the appropriate security settings and procedures for electronic data being stored by the firm Providing centrally coordinated support to local Records departments and offices without dedicated Records personnel About you Apply to join our team if you: Exhibit well developed and professional interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with people at all organisational levels of the firm Thrive working in a team environment with a customer service focus Are able to handle confidential information with the appropriate discretion And have: Excellent organizational and analytical skills Extensive knowledge of records procedures and records retention principles and practices The ability to perceive and analyse problems, and a capacity to make or recommend sound decisions Successful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding job opportunity and welcoming environment, but will also be provided with a generous total compensation package with bonuses awarded in recognition of both individual and firm performance.
