Job Description Key Skills: 1st line, 2nd Line, IT Support, Windows Server, Office 365, Active Director IT Support Analyst (1st/2nd line) You’ve mastered 1st line and done a fair bit of 2nd line support…you know your Exchange/365, Active Directory and Windows Server yet want to broaden into other areas like databases, CRMs, networks and backup solutions, as well as project work. Perhaps you feel you’ve gone as far as you can, want a bigger environment or want to be one of the go-to people in the IT Department. You’ll work with an array of technology (see above) and enjoy solving problems, be they very small ones or coming up with a new, innovative idea to help out a colleague with a better solution. It’s not a prerequisite, but that drive to help and improve where possible is what keeps you going. For more info on the company and opportunity, please apply to be considered. Starting salary of £23,000 plus bonus, 26 days’ annual leave and private healthcare.
