Our National Key Accounts team at Graham have a fantastic opportunity for an entrepreneurial Key Account Manager to maximise sales and margin across a defined port-folio of key accounts in the East Anglia region of England.

What impact will I have in this role?

As a Key Account Manager with Graham, you'll provide end to end account management, ensuring allocated key customers have the best possible experience when purchasing from our national branch network. With the support of our dedicated estimating function and wider group sales force, you'll also have access to emerging markets to negotiate new and exciting opportunities for the business. Alongside the above, you will:

Lead on cash collection for contract customers within a defined customer port-folio, supporting and advising where required.
Provide clear communication of volumes and timings of orders to ensure accurate sales forecasting and inventory demand planning.
Work closely with our Business Development Managers to identify leads in the marketplace and help maximise sales potential and profitability for the business.
Negotiate with key suppliers to leverage maximum contract support on a national/local basis, for your own responsibilities and in support of national contract sales.What kind of person are you looking for?
