Better requires process, discipline, and simplification
The Lead Analyst role is a part of the Global Payments Compliance Strategy team which is responsible for developing and overseeing global Compliance initiatives for Western Union Business Solutions (WUBS). In this role, the lead analyst will support the creation and development of executive reporting, identify impacts to compliance resulting from strategic business and product initiatives, monitor risk assessment action items, and work in partnership with a variety of teams around the globe.
For such a role, we would like for you to have prior experience in a compliance role, preferably financial services or a payments background. Knowledge of the current regulatory landscape is beneficial. You will need to be an excellent communicator with a strong analytical mindset and ability to handle complex issues in a professional and consistent matter. Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
