The Role You will take a leading role on their world class supply chain analytics team. Managing multiple analysts, you will mentor, train and develop their professional skill sets. You will also be running and controlling major business critical analytics projects, from their inception, through to implementation and completion. It will give you the opportunity to engage with a variety of stakeholders, and challenge and develop your people and project management skills. This is within a growing team, and as such we are working on several vacancies at this seniority, in numerous teams. You could even be a part of setting up an entirely new team! The Candidate A candidate educated to degree level (or equivalent), likely to have been in a highly numerical or STEM subject. Experience managing junior team members. Multiple years in highly analytical roles, having worked with Excel and at least one other tech skill (e.g. SQL, SAS, Python, Matlab etc.).
