Your role is to develop new relationships with head teachers, local governing bodies, heads of departments and teachers interested in giving their students a real learning “edge” with the use of interactive virtual learning tools. This is revolutionary technology and a growing sector. SUMMARY You will be managing a small team of Chinese speaking sales executives, nurture a portfolio of client-schools in China and develop new business through a strategic team effort. DUTIES Team Management : Motivate and lead a high performing team Set personal and also monthly team targets Devising new training where necessary Interviewing potential new staff as the team expands Help new joiners integrate quickly into the team Conduct appraisals alongside HR Monitor sales results, put together forecasts and detailed productivity reports ( on Excel) Work closely with department Managers (Customer Care, Operations, Training, Quality and all Senior Managers; including Agent Sales) Marketing campaigns : Liaise with the Marketing team to create new engaging marketing materials that will help generate quality leads Follow-up on campaigns, make outbound cold calls, and deal with new client enquiries Monitor competitors Attend education-related events, exhibitions and conferences to find new leads Sales: Generate new leads and deliver sales presentations and demos Negotiate prices and provide quotations Visit schools across China to ensure relationships are personal and strong and to pre-empt issues before they arise REQUIREMENTS Experience in managing a team Previous experience of selling into schools or colleges Email us and our team will get in touch right away
