EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, one of London's largest independent estate agencies to recruit a Marketing and Communications Executive to join their dynamic marketing department based in North West London. The ideal candidate should have a love for London life and already have experience working in a marketing role in the UK property industry. Good grammar and writing skills are essential for this role with a competitive salary of £27k per annum on offer. You will be working directly with the Head of Marketing and have a variety of tasks to deal with on a daily basis. Responsibilities: Digital Content related: Daily checking email enquiries from website and ensuring they have been sent to correct branch Daily checks of property listings sheet, editing where necessary. Website updates and editing existing content in accordance with our house style guide and brand guidelines, some use of own CMS and booking in with remote web team. Checking property portal content (Rightmove, Zoopla etc) and editing where necessary. Assisting with content provision for international micro-sites and WeChat marketing campaigns. Assistance with Blog preparation for website and e-newsletters and other topical articles when required. Contributing to content planning for email newsletters and co-ordinating monthly mail outs. Assist with assets and images needed for PR and social media. Communications: Answering phones for the department. Co-ordinating print adverts (using templates). Selecting and writing property descriptions for magazines. Co-ordinating assets for property investor factsheets and other collateral needed by the marketing team. Log-keeping, liaising with third party agencies, branch staff and web team. Managing image libraries; liaising with photographers, third-parties, branch staff and web team. Purchasing and record keeping. Co-ordinating and executing requests for branch visual media (signage, window & screen graphics). Proof reading. Management and fulfilment of marketing collateral to the branches and international offices. Misc administration for the department including following up suppliers/web team/Admin and branch staff; own filing; setting up meetings. Experience/Skills required: ? Good grammar and writing skills, with the ability to write quickly and clearly ? Proactive, organised and able to prioritise workload ? Excellent attention to detail and able to spot errors quickly ? Able to communicate simply and cross-culturally, both written and oral ? Good listening skills ? Proficient with WordPress CMS, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Googlesheets ? Ability to work across multiple projects with good cheer ? Good team skills and a confident communicator ? A mature, can-do attitude as we work in a small team environment. ? The ideal candidate should be educated to degree level (marketing) and have at least two years’ experience working in a content or communications role in the property sector and have demonstrative skills that they can perform this role.
