Job DescriptionRegistered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) FULL TIME and PART-TIME opportunities available This specialist rehabilitation clinic now has opportunities for Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) to join a busy team dedicated to delivering outstanding therapy and care. You will be based at facility which specialises in providing assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for both men and women with personality disorders and complex needs. Working closely with the management team you'll help to continue developing the service, conduct audits, and improve and maintain our standards of excellence. You'll ensure that individual care plans under NMC guidelines are completed and maintained collectively, with residents, relatives and other healthcare professionals. Based on your nursing assessments and observations we'll want you to produce outstanding written reports, so you'll need a very good understanding of the Mental Health Act 1983 and the latest nursing practices. This is a chance to prove your commitment to patient recovery to effectively monitor, manage, and reduce risk, working within agreed healthcare procedures and Healthcare Commission guidelines.
