The Role as a Operations Manager: Based on our client’s site you shall lead and manage a team and be accountable for the overall direction, business development, growth and management of the said onsite. This will include cast saving initiatives, customer relationship management and supporting the team with procuring stock. Key Responsibilities as a Operations Manager: Managing the onsite team, setting targets & objectives and completing performance and development assessments, facilitating training as required. Co-ordinate supplier and technical specialist engagement to develop team and customer opportunities. Engage and attend the client’s regular onsite meetings. Lead and coach the team to deliver to the clients SLA. Monthly reporting both internally & externally, ensuring strong attention to detail. Take an active lead in developing existing accounts, seeking and capitalising upon opportunities to up-sell across the product portfolio whilst encouraging the team to do the same. Take initiative to know the industry and competitors. Drive activity for effective quotation management through developing the team and leading by example. Do you have the correct profile?
