About the roleBalfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for an OPERATIONS MANAGER to join our Living Places business unit to work in Rochdale. Role Purpose: Balfour Beatty Living Places work in partnership with local authorities to create regeneration strategies, maintain infrastructure and provide local services. We help transform communities, environments and local economies. You will be working alongside Rochdale Borough Council supporting the asset management and operation of the highway network with a particular focus on Health & Safety, Customer Satisfaction, Construction Excellence and Innovation whilst delivering to works to budget. Additionally, there is an expectation to develop further profitable works in the area. What you'll be doingAs an OPERATIONS MANAGER, you will have the following accountabilities: Your health and safety and that of your teams is key to the success of Balfour Beatty You have a key responsibility to look after yourself and others to ensure accidents never happen on our sites.
