Part Time Office Manager

We have partnered with a business in Northallerton who are looking to appoint a part-time Office Manager to work in a standalone administrative position, reporting into the Directors. The successful candidate will be joining a small but dedicated team dealing with high quality products in a niche market.
Key responsibilities:Sales Administration- follow up sales enquiries from telephone and email by contacting customers and generating relevant quotes Liaise with sales agents Acquire technical knowledge over time regarding products and specifications - provide advice/excellent customer service relating to product queries Day to day bookkeeping and up-keep of Sage including inputting sales orders and processing purchase invoices Produce month end reports and VAT return Organise purchase of stock and manage the supply line in conjunction with the Director Maintain good relationship with suppliers Basic inventory/stock control Manage customer credit limits Open new customer accounts Credit control
The successful candidate will ideally have Sage experience and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Working hours: 20 per week, ideally over 4 days.
Holidays: 25 days + bh, pro rata
