I am looking for Recruitment Consultants who have earned their stripes and want to gain from a really lucrative commission scheme of up to 40%!
What I need to see is proven experience of 360 recruitment in the Nordics in any technical field, but bonus points if that area is either Salesforce or Dynamics! We have a team covering both in the UK and we are expanding into the Nordics where we have had previous success to build on!
The role itself;
Ability to develop markets in other countries
Build long lasting relationships with candidates and clients.
Business development, building new client relationships through cold calling, meetings and networking.
Arranging events/ meets ups within your market area.
Keeping up to date with industry knowledge and mapping out your market.
Finding the best talent in your market by networking, headhunting and other
Creating job adverts
Negotiating with both clients and candidates.
