Contract Type: Temporary, Full time The Best Connection Group Oldham are currently seeking Production Operatives in Oldham on a temp to perm basis. Hours - Monday to Friday - 12 hours shifts 24/7. Days or nights rotating so flexibility is key. TEMP TO PERM JOB ROLE Job Responsibilities: Set Up and Operate Machinery and required equipment within the department Understand and Follow production schedule Build and package finished products Perform timely quality requirements to insure products meet all specifications Maintain safe and clean work place Occasionally work within warehousing department as and when required 12 hour shifts working across 24/7, mixture of days and nights. Required Education, Skills and Qualifications Preferably 1-2 years production experience Written and verbal communication skills Must have experience on machinery in a production environment A stable work history is required Benefits Paid breaks Direct on the job training Individual progression package Achievement celebrations Call Jake at The Best Connection Oldham or apply via indeed Work references are required £9 per hour starting rate with increase to £10 following successful probation period Additional Benefits & Requirements 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday) Hourly rate as above (not age dependent) Overtime Available Possible permanent position following a successful trial period Call Jake on
