You will also provide ongoing development and oversight of existing franchises, including defining prices and updating terms and conditions where appropriate. You will be a data-driven individual and ensure that all commercial decisions are underpinned with rigorous analysis to produce the best commercial outcome combined with exceptional customer service.What will I be doing? New franchise propositions: Manage the development of new franchise propositions in conjunction with the business requirements, including fleet and pricing considerations, and have input into the go-to-market, via new instructor acquisition and existing migration. Strategic review: Carry out regular reviews of the existing products/propositions through consultation with the relevant groups, ensuring they are compliant, competitive and demonstrate clear benefits for our customers. Competitive benchmarking: Conduct regular reviews of Driving School products vs. competitors and update Driving School pricing and terms as appropriate to develop a sustainable competitive advantage. Business case development: Working with the Driving School management team write and submit business cases to achieve finance and resource required to deliver into the business to agreed timeframes Contract development: Work with Legal and Compliance to define commercially appropriate contracts for each of the Driving School franchises. Conduct an ongoing review of contractual terms and update as appropriate. Pricing analysis: Working closely with Finance where necessary, conduct commercial pricing analysis to define the optimal pricing for each of the Driving School's products based on cost-plus or competitor benchmark pricing. Communication: Ensuring any changes or introduction of new products is communicated clearly and comprehensively across the organisation. Treating Customers Fairly: Ensure Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) is embedded in the culture of the AA to deliver the six customer outcomes of right culture, right information, right delivery, right targeting, right advice, and right post sales treatment. AA Group: Work with counterparts and others across the broader AA Group to identify opportunities for superior value creation through collaboration across the business units What do I need? Capability, Knowledge and Experience: Proven track-record of data-driven decisions Strong commercial acumen Proven ability to be detail-oriented whilst maintaining a strategic perspective Comfortable handling large amounts of data Education and Qualifications: Degree or equivalent experience Experience as a business analyst or management consultant preferred.
