Pub Manager - General Manager - Front of House - Gastro Pub An established Gastro Pub is looking for a new member to manage the front of house team. The ideal candidate must have exceptional customer service skills, together with knowledge and passion for Food , Wine and Beer. On top of this we are looking for: Good organisational skills and a good communicator. Approachable and friendly. Attention to details Keen to continue self-development and ambition for growth and innovation. Ability to display a real passion for customer service. Be able to inspire and motivate team members, share knowledge and deliver training. Marketing, social media, online customer response, event design and coordination. Key responsibilities: * Recruiting, training and motivating your staff * Doing regular stock-takes and ordering as necessary * Handling deliveries * Maintaining the condition of beer and wine * Overseeing or liaising with the kitchen * Keeping up to date with licensing legislation, liaising with the authorities and taking overall legal responsibility for the premises * Enforcing health and safety rules * Adhering to budgets, increasing profits and managing cashflow * Dealing with difficult customers * Marketing / Promotion of Events and increasing Sales Skills / Qualifications: Must have Hospitality management experience, preferably in a Gastro pub environment Must have an in depth knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails and food Exceptional eye for detail Digital Marketing and Promotional Experience Strong computer skills
