Job Description Quality Manager This is role is currently home based with some travel in the future Ideal base would be residing in the Midlands Able Personnel are delighted to be working with this fantastic training provider who have achieved a high grade Ofsted. They have a very strong ethos in the quality of service they provide both to the learner and the clients. JOB ROLE * Managing a team of Quality Assurers * Manage innovative and proactive quality assurance strategies that drive high levels of performance, customer satisfaction and learner outcomes * Provide leadership to the team of internal quality assurers through driving quality assurance activities that result in high performance * Manage and implement approaches aligned to attaining and retaining positive outcomes from Ofsted, external audit * Accountability for the outcomes of Ofsted, Awarding Organisations (EQA) and End Point Assessment Organisations (EPAO) * Attaining and retaining direct claims status (DCS) * Planning and implementing processes and procedures that drive quality assurance activities that result in high levels of performance, as evidenced by success rates, progressions, satisfaction levels, EPAO pass rates and grades and EQA visit outcomes * Curriculum development and the design/approval of learning resources * Support new business and delivery initiatives and partnership working Mandatory requirements: * Recognised IQA Qualification such as V1 or D34/D36 or CAVA * A proven track record in the role of Lead IQA or Quality Manager * A proven track record of working with awarding and end point organisations and understanding procedures and attainment of high grades * Experience of managing a field based team SALARY AND BENEFITS * Salary £40,000 to £45,000 - per annum * 40p a mile * 25 Days Holiday + Stats and after 12 months service an extra day for Birthday * Company Pension with 5% employer contribution * Annual full team party * Monthly staff reward & recognition - evening meal for 2 * Regular CPD including support to maintain NMC registration where relevant * Career progression opportunities * Laptop and Mobile provided
