Havebury Housing Partnership manages over 6,400 homes for Affordable Rent and Shared Ownership. It is a very exciting time to join the business as we invest £60 million in new homes in the years 2 Managing our increased number of homes without a proportionate increase in overheads. Our homes are located in towns and villages right across the East of England and we are consistently adding more homes to our portfolio. We work closely with local authorities, agencies and housing developers to collectively meet the local social housing requirements whilst proactively providing tenancy and estate services to our tenants. We are looking for a Receptionist and Customer Experience Administrator to join the team here at Havebury Housing in Bury St Edmunds on a Fixed Term contract until May 2021. Working on both Reception and within the Customer Services team you will play a pivotal role in giving our Customers and Tenants and amazing service here at Havebury Specific to your area: During Covid 19 reception duties will be carried out from our office but our building will not be open to the public. Any administrative support days will be done by working from home. This situation will be reviewed as Covid 19 guidance changes. Requirements Reception Responsible for opening and closing the office and switchboard, ready to receive our customers and having the reception/interview areas ready for use. To provide a professional reception service to contractors, corporate visitors and tenants to ensure a positive customer experience. To manage incoming and outgoing post or deliveries for the company by opening, scanning and emailing all correspondence to the relevant teams. Co-ordinate any printing required for staff members. Managing the reception mailbox To undertake supportive administrative duties for Operations Teams as directed by the Customer Experience Co-Ordinator. Customer Service To undertake supporting administrative duties for the Customer Experience team working from home. Managing support enquiries for myHavebury (Havebury's online offer) Reviewing the MyHavebury Daily Digest for any issues, and reporting to relevant teams Supporting delivery of Customer Service through Cx (Housing management software system), including designing training guides for staff Supporting Customer Experience Team to roll out CS awareness campaigns across the business Liaising with tenants and customers on engagement projects and supporting other teams to do the same We are looking for... Person specification: Previous experience within a reception role is desirable Previous Experience of software-based switchboard systems is desirable Proficient user of Microsoft office packages A natural desire to assist and be patient with customers and colleagues Aware of the importance of GDPR and keeping or disclosing sensitive information An ability to work unsupervised, under pressure whilst delivering an excellent service Adaptable to change, willing to embrace new ideas and processes Experience of working with a high volume of diverse customer enquiries Benefits In return we are offering... Annual salary of circa £20,000-£22,000 FTE per annum and a pension between 5% - 10% dependant on individual contribution, as well as further excellent benefits.
