The Role- Residential Support Worker

This school are looking to appoint a strong Residential Support Worker to work with pupils with SEMH needs. Children board the school from Monday and leave on Friday, so you'll need to be able to commit to these days. The successful Residential Support Worker will be working with students between the ages of 5-11, ideally someone Team Teach trained.

Rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted, this school in Essex currently have over 40 pupils across the year groups aged between 5-11. Every student has an EHCP in place, so they have a high level of support across the school. Residentially, the pupils are grouped according to their needs and the school aim to have a family feel and ensure pupils always feel safe and welcome. Their pupils' social skills are improved through a variety of activities and creative play throughout the week.
