Job description An amazing opportunity to join a leading developer/investor as a Rural Surveyor. Reporting into the Land & Planning Director you will tasked with sourcing and acquiring land & development opportunities across Suffolk. On offer is a market leading salary of £25,000 - £35,000 plus package. Ideally you will be a recently qualified surveyor or intern who has a background and demonstrable history of buying/surveying sites in the property sector. Key Requirements •Degree qualified and ideal property related •Currently working for either a national residential developer, consultancy or high profile investor or agency. •A strong network of contacts in the land agency world. •Determined, hungry and ambitious. •Ability to work autonomously and independently from the rest of the team.
