Join us at  Job Purpose   Purpose of the role is to support global sales and provide pro-active businessanalysis and quality control on IWG onlinecustomer channels, as well as market researchcomparing activities with other leading global multi-site organisations.  We are looking for an individual with a great analytical, research, numerical and presentation skills. Key Responsibilities   The scale of the opportunity cannot be underestimated and as such we are seeking an exceptional person to do this role:  Responsible for research and analysis of all aspects of the eCommerce and APP customer journey for IWG and competitors.  Provide ad-hoc analysis of trends and issues to help identify root cause and present findings to sales leaders. Responsible for collaborating with cross-functional partners to identify areas where we can improve our performance, provide suggestions for measures to be taken and ensure all issues are fixed. Quality Control - monitor the user experience of the website including site navigation, content, checkout funnel, promotional campaigns, APP reach, APP usage. Mystery Shopper –measure and analyse performance using appropriate systems & tools. Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications   Graduate with a degree from a top tier institution.  Ideally trained in a post-graduate corporate programme. Experience in a highly commercial role, working in a complex, multi-channel and international environment. Ability to successfully influence multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment. A strong, confident decision maker with a proactive approach. Prioritises well and can manage in a high-pressure environment whilst working to tight deadlines. Excellent analytical skills with a passionate attitude. A strong desire to succeed. An innovative thinker with a proven ability to problem solve.
