SEN Support Roles – • •School setting experience •Earn up to £350 per week •Secondary/Primary or Pupil referral units •Roles across Greater Manchester •Must be a recent graduate with some child based experience •Long term and full time •Immediate Starts •Monday – Friday, school hours, term-time only. To be successful in your application for opportunities like these, you must be a recent graduate, you should have achieved at least a 2.1 or above in your degree. You will also have some previous child based experience and be an aspiring teacher or educational psychologist. In this role as a SEN Teaching Assistant role you will have the opportunity to work closely with the schools experienced SENCo and it will give you a real insight to how schools support pupils with special educational needs. You should possess a caring and motivational personality that inspires your pupils on a daily basis. Our schools want to work with graduates who have a real drive to make a difference. You should have the capability to show genuine empathy and create worthwhile relationships with pupils. You must have a resilient and determined personality in order to make an impact on the child’s learning.
