Senior Digital Marketing Executive Resource type Permanent Job Description Senior Marketing Executive Home based with occasional travel to London/Coventry Full Time / Perm We are seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to join the team as it enters an exciting new period of strategic development and growth. As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will support in the planning, development and execution of the digital acquisition strategy alongside the day to day management of agencies. You will analyse current activity for our LloydsPharamcy consumer page and provide clear insights and recommendations. Accountabilities Supporting the eCommerce team in the management and delivery of all customer communications and activity including search, display, email campaigns and social media Working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders including our internal customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations Build relationships with colleagues within the LPOD and team and across all departments within the McKesson business Work with the Acquisitions Manager and finance to support the tracking and management of the A&P budget Measurement of marketing campaigns and activities to show clear ROI and cost per acquisition Identifying new opportunities to drive growth and expansion in the existing markets and develop effective test and learn plans for the Paid Search campaigns. Supporting the launch of new product ranges and marketing campaigns ensuring full alignment with offline marketing and the category team. Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and producing reports for the Senior Management Team Competitor Analysis- identifying opportunities to outperform the competition and differentiate our brand Experience & qualifications IT literate and fully conversant with all Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Expert in planning and executing Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate marketing and Programmatic Display activity. Understanding of SEO and CRM/Email marketing will be an advantage. IDM, CIM, or other related Digital Marketing Qualification is desired. Experience with using Content Management Systems, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform including Doubleclick bid manager and Search Ads, Other Bid Management tools such as Marin or Kenshoo and Google Tag Manager Experience carrying out keyword research, A/B tests, ad copywriting and keyword bid optimisation, A/B testing. Knowledge of existing and emerging digital marketing trends, SEO and social media platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills; including the ability to work with impact and influence. Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi task, prioritise and work with accuracy and efficiency to deliver campaigns and strategies in keeping with overall brand objectives, delivered on time and to budget. Strong attention to detail and analysis experience Flexible approach to working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to thriving in a changing environment.
