The role is responsible for developing effective relationships and working with People Leaders and Managers to develop solutions and interventions to meet their functional needs, by contributing the delivery of the overall business goals through the implementation of HR Strategic Plans and CCEP's People Strategy. The role will provide advice, guidance, direction and consultative services regarding people related programs to ensure that the organisation's current and future human resource requirements are met, and that employees are recruited, managed, organised, trained, evaluated and rewarded in accordance with organisation's human resource strategy. The HR BP will work in conjunction with HR Services and Centre's of Excellence (COE's) to provide the business with an effective service, based on a deep understanding of business environment, strategy and people management implications. What to expect in this role: The successful candidate will provide people related inputs to local plans, organisation design and execution. You will support talent management strategies & processes across the Commercial teams, ensuring that the function attracts, retains and develops talent in alignment with their competency needs and business objectives. Interpret global solutions for local business. Provide consultative support, advice and solutions on all people related subjects, in conjunction with COE's and HR Services. Utilise tools / knowledge/ information sources to identify trends for business area and ensures appropriate (COE) solutions in place. Support the HR service delivery model by working effectively with HR Services and COE's. Implement Business Change with COE support. Experience required for this role: Extensive HR experience in a matrixed organisation.
