Picton West is currently working with a market leading, mid to high end independent Estate Agency and together we are recruiting for a Senior Lettings Negotiator. The role of the Senior Lettings Negotiator is to build and focus on Landlord and Tenant relationships including: Regular calls to Landlord and Tenants Booking in viewings Carrying out viewings Gaining viewing feedback Updating prospect Tenants on new properties Negotiating the Let Landlord feedback Support Property Management Market appraisals - if you are wanting to do this as part of your new role, this will be considered. The role of Senior Lettings Negotiator would suit someone who already has experience in Lettings and is looking for the next move within a reputable company. Ideally you will have 2 years working in Lettings. The ideal candidate for the Senior Lettings Negotiator role will: Be well presented Have fantastic communication skills Have a proven track record in Lettings Be used to working in a targeted environment Have a full driving licence and use of a car Be driven to succeed in a very busy office Salary is DOE but circa £28-40k Hours are Monday to Friday and every other Saturday.
