Partner role provides consulting to and partnering with our Cinema, Communications, Marketing & Corporate function teams across Europe. Reporting to the People Director - Europe this is not your traditional HR generalist or country HR role. You will partner with local leaders and Managers in Europe / US colleagues in the People Team to build related strategies that align with business strategies contributing to Dolby’s next phases of growth. The role builds trusting relationships with employees across all layers of business & corporate teams and champions a diverse and inclusive environment.  The role offers a seasoned HR Business Partner with a super strength in Organization Development / Effectiveness, the opportunity to utilise their and coaching skills are key to your success in supporting the development of an agile, empowered environment where accountability for deliverables is clear.  As a senior individual contributor, you will have a seat at the table with various local leaders and Managers and be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the business needs and the subsequent people implications rather than knowledge / advice on local HR operational / ER requirements. Your strong influencing skills and ability to think beyond the day to day are more important than your knowledge of country legislation, benefits or HR processes. The core goals include providing strategic HR partnering to business leadership, leading efforts to enable people to make an impact and grow whist driving experiences where people can do their best work.  Primary Responsibilities Strategic People Planning: Translate business strategies, objectives and challenges into the appropriate HR actions and initiatives.  Performance Architecture: Ensure organizations are structured for optimal performance and agility, including advising leaders around talent management, enabling team and individual effectiveness to drive targeted learning opportunities. Change Leadership: Serve as an advisor to business leaders on how to effectively manage change and build a coaching and agile management culture.Accountability and deliverables: Challenge local Leaders to think beyond the here and now and “live” People Plans focussed on developing diverse key talent and skills to meet future direction and deliverables. Talent and Community Building: Build talent and relationships with formal and informal talent networks to cultivate growth in the organization. Act as champion for an optimal employee experience and maintaining a real sense of belonging within Dolby. HR Services Brokering: Within client base manage implementation of Dolby’s approach to performance and development and oversee annual rewards planning. Work in partnership with centers of excellence to deliver HR Services across client areas. Ensure proper implementation and execution of HR programs and initiatives. People Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with your colleagues including People Business Partners supporting other Business Units across Europe, Field People Operations, Global People Services, Recruiting, Employee Relations, L&D and of course our Global Centers of Excellence / People BPs based in US office. Provide effective remote and on-site People Business Partner support for specific Business Groups across Europe, including amongst others UK, Netherlands and France.   Trend Forecasting: Leverage workforce analytics and strategic planning to develop talent strategies that identify and solve business issues, help leaders to see around corners to address future trends and changes to the talent landscape.Act as a strong member of appropriate local management teams; contributing to regional decisions, positively influencing interpersonal dynamics and maintaining an ongoing relationship with leadership partners as a competent and trusted advisor. Qualifications and Skills 6-10+ years’ experience in similar strategic People Business Partnering across Europe rather than generalist HR Manager roles, including 3+ year supporting Leaders in this capacity.  BA/BS Required.MBA or MA in Organization Development / Psychology or equivalent strongly preferred. Strong business acumen and comfortable working with leaders to identify trends and drive transformational change for our talent and our business. Thought partner for business leaders on all people strategies within client group and a willingness to challenge “the norm” in a constructive manner. Strategic thinker: Demonstrate ability to connect information, processes and events to provide unique insights into how the DolbyPeople Team can be strategically utilized by the client base you partner. In collaboration with other People Team specialists understand and diagnose any organizational issues within your client base. Influencer: Build credible relationships with people throughout the organization. Change leader: Anticipate the need for change, consult with clients on effective approaches to change, architect change plans and assist clients with leadership and execution. A strong team player with an enthusiastic "Can-Do" approach, comfortable working in an international business with matrix structures and able to demonstrate an understanding of different cultures and management practices.  Strong collaboration skills: With other People Business Partners / Teams across Europe & US. “Boundaryless” not “silo” mentality. Data Driven: Able to use data to drive decision making.Excellent in-person and technology driven facilitation skills; strong listening and coaching skills. Business level French & English required; other relevant Europe languages skills very beneficial.Travel on a regular basis and
