Job DescriptionSenior Project ManagerPackage: £75K - £110K, share-options, healthcare & more.Location: Nottingham based, this role does allow for some flexibility and home working but will also involve travel to Europe and across the UK.Establishing and managing senior client relationships, working with devs, testers, researches, data analysts and others to ensure specialised software is delivered. Refining requirements, guiding clients through what’s achievable and calling out exaggerations if they come up.All part of the job for someone like you. Most of it’s just second nature. It’s easy. The tricky part often comes when your role, or even the goal of the company you work for, seems to lack purpose. Because you’re capable of so much more, and it can often seem like your talents aren’t going to good use, can’t it?How about doing those things for a company that will value your existence as a human while also helping other valuable humans (all of them) live better, healthier lives? What if you could do all of this for a company that actually helps to make the lives of people, including employees, better?A company where you’d be taking the needs of drug companies all across Europe and using your expertise and skills to consult on processes that would be entirely unique to them.Where your knowledge could potentially save lives by getting those crucial medications to the people that need it most.Much better use of your talents, don’t you think? On a day to day basis, alongside everything else I’ve already mentioned, you’ll be working with some of the most senior stakeholders this company engage with, and you’ll contribute massively to translating what customers are needing now and further down their pipeline. The clue’s in the name really. You’ll be the one that leads the way. You’ll consider things like “where do we need to be innovating?”, “What functions or features should we be adding or refining to stay ahead of the competition?”, so you’ll also contribute to helping shape what your clients are capable of doing in the future. It’s a specialised industry, so you’ll need experience working in environments with RTSM or IRT software but other than that you just need to demonstrate that you want to do this job at an elite level. If you know you’ll tick all the boxes there, you’re someone who loves being immersed in a variety of different tasks and responsibilities, and most importantly you’re looking for a role where you can actually use your talents to their full potential, then you should get in touch.Want to know more?
