This stops individual user identification and re-marketing activities. essential My client is currently looking for a Senior Property Manager on a permanent basis based in North London at the range of £45K - £50K depending on experience. With your experience, you will; Provide leadership to the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager teams, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly. Ensure that colleagues undertake their duties to a high standard, and ensure that appropriate support is provided to facilitate a high standard of customer service. Ensure complex schemes are managed appropriately and that their own patches are effectively managed Working collaboratively with other property colleagues to ensure that properties are maintained to a high standard and in accordance with all compliance requirements and act as a responsible person for designated properties. To provide an excellent customer focused professional management service to residents, ensuring all legal landlord/freeholder obligations are met. Responsible for ensuring work carried out on our properties is completed to an acceptable standard, within budget and timescales. Responsible for estate inspection and fire risk assessment management action targets and liaising regularly with other teams to ensure high standard to communal repairs, cleaning and gardening provided Ability to understand complex service charge budgets and explain these to non-technical audience. Liaison with residents and colleagues to resolve communal issues while delivering excellent customer service, ensuring high rates of satisfaction to minimise complaints Reporting on the performance of properties and maintenance so that the Property division can fully understand the performance within our portfolio. Oversee planning and execution of day to day operations, maintenance and inspections of the properties in your regions.
