Role: Senior Quantity SurveyorContract: £350 - £400 per day (Perm option/fixed term option available) Location: Birmingham The role: Our leading client requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience of both main & sub-contracting companies Essential Experience *Engineering, procurement and construction contract experience (EPC)*Contract Strategy*Experience with framework agreements, NEC (all options but mainly A & C)*Trained in the use of cost management software ie COINS*Procurement and supply chain management*Processing and management of Subcontract orders*Management of commercial procedures*Value Engineering Analysis*Experience with Contract/Change Management*Final Accounts and Claims Measurement *A relevant degree qualification.*With professional membership ie RICS*With valid CSCS card qualification Profiles, recommendations and enquiries welcomed - (see below) Senior Quantity Surveyor, NEC, Professional Quantity Surveyor, PQS, Engineering, procurement, construction, EPC, Option, ECC, ECSC, ECS, ECSS, Commercial, civils Spring Technology acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
