Devonshire Hayes have been engaged by a client to source a Service Desk Analyst/Project Support Analyst for a contract to assist with a hardware reclamation project. Please note you will be required to attend the client's office 5 days per week in a Covid safe environment. The sucesful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be diligent/professional to ensure that the project deliverables are met. You will be responsible for speaking to users and arranging for their hardware to be collected by a courier and shipped to an office in Nottingham where a team will then decommision/re-image the hardware. You will need experience of call logging systems such as Remedy/ServiceNow/Salesforce as well as good organistional skills to ensure the process is smooth. Initial 7 week contract up to the 31st December which is likely to extend. Outside of IR35
