As a site manager, you will be responsible for managing the site and ensuring the project is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality by effetely organising and managing the site activities. You will ensure projects are safely delivered on time to budget and achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction. You will be supporting the business in building and operating a team to achieve company objectives by assisting the projects manager in the formulation of contractual strategies and ensuring such strategies are implanted.
Your responsibilities will include;Monitor reportable accidents and ensure correct paperwork is submitted to appropriate personnel Carry out 'toolbox talks' in line with the work arears programme and maintain records Support the procurement functions in the selections of sub-contracts and suppliers and provide performance feedback Deliver changes to current working practises and procedures to provide service improvements through negations and consultation with recognised employee representatives, whilst ensuring effective employee relations Ensure the timely delivery of MI, project reporting and forecasting Resolve problems and implanting actions People managing responsibilities
The suitable Site Manager will have an Industrial background.Previous site management expierence is essential Knowledge of Current Forms of Contract Commercially aware with excellent organisation skills Must be numerate with good IT skills Must hold a driving license
