About the Opportunity

Our social media team is changing, and with a brand-new strategy and direction in place we are seeking two enthusiastic and professional Social Media Coordinators to help us drive our new vision forward. This is a truly exciting time to join the team and the successful candidates will have real creative freedom in their roles with the opportunity to make a real difference within the new team.

The Role

The Social Media Co-ordinators will be responsible for the day to day running of NFU Mutual’s social media channels (Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn) ensuring all activity drives the social media strategy forward and delivers against strategic objectives. As well as delivering a creative approach across our channels you will be a trusted and reliable point of contact for all social media related queries. You will be supporting campaigns throughout the wider Strategy and Marketing division and beyond, with the chance to work closely with teams such as marketing, PR and CSR. The successful candidates will write exciting and informative copy for each channel and will also have the opportunity to attend and support shows and events throughout the year.

About You

The successful individuals must be driven with a strong creative eye and genuine enthusiasm for, and understanding of, social media. We are looking for candidates that see social media as more than just a job, who are keen and proactive, bought into our vision and want to make a real difference across the organisation. Strong copy writing skills and a proven background within a social media role is key, you must be confident and possess strong stakeholder management skills and be able to communicate with individuals at all levels.

You’ll be rewarded with the following;

£25,000 - £30,000 (DOE)

Ideally qualified to degree level or equivalent.

Relevant professional qualification in PR, Communications or Marketing is desirable.
