Search Consultancy Ltd is currently looking for a Social Work Assistant to work within the Adults Social Care Team for a local authority in the West Midlands area. This position is on a contract basis starting as soon as possible until well in to the New Year. You will receive regular supervision and management support.

Purpose of the Job:

The care package review team is looking for 2 unqualified Social Care Workers to undertake reviews of individuals who are in receipt of Direct Payments and Domiciallary care. The team is a short term project team until the end of March 2021. You will need to have good assessments skills and have a knowledge of community services that could support individuals to have a more independent life.

Salary:

Between £9.99 and £13.50 an hour depending on experience.
