Software Developer - . NETOur client is a leading bio-metric business based in Liverpool who are currently looking to augment their software development team with a capable and highly motivated software Developer.The business itself has a software engineering team split across a variety of their products including a testing community of practice. The company has been highly successful in intercepting a number of different industry sectors with its products including Government, Construction industries as well as aviation. The team size is around 20 with a number of different disciplines including Software Engineers, Designers & Testers - the wider business has around 80-100 employees. In respects to the culture; the business has a vibrant office with easy access to the founders of the company, flexible working arrangements with a family feel. From a technical perspective - the client are a Microsoft house and the role also requires someone to mix their hands on relevant software development capabilities. Experience with the following technologies & experiences would be .net experience in a commercial development environment with the Microsoft Web Development Stack (ASP.NET Core and/or ASP.NET MVC, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)Good knowledge and experience of Visual Studio.Detailed knowledge of.NET Core and/or .NET Framework.Experience with Xamarin and app development.Experience with RDMS (particularly SQL Server).Experience of writing C# automated tests (unit, integration).Additionally experience would be of writing software for cloud environments.Experience of integrating solutions with external 3rd party systems.Experience of distributed architectures and micro-service delivery.Experience of vue.js.Experience of biometrics.Experience of working in an agile software environment.We are looking to shortlist candidates for this role within the next two weeks with a view to interview, onboard & start remotely.
