£19000 and upwards depending on experience
As a Sous Chef with a strong work ethic you will initially be helping the Head Chef in making sure the kitchen and pass run smoothly and efficiently.
You will be able to cook at a decent level from fresh ingredients while providing supervision of the brigade as teamwork is a strong part of the kitchen set up.
As Sous Chef you will work both straight and split shifts over a 6-day week (around 40 hours)
You will ideally have experience in a grill-based restaurant or steakhouse, but this is not essential.Sound like the role for you?
