Static M&E Engineer – Trafford Park – 32k

An excellent building services contractor are looking for a M&E static engineer to work on a static site in Trafford Park.

You would be working with one other engineer on the site and they will look at someone from either an electrical or mechanical background that can provide PPM and service work to the equipment on site.

THE COMPANY:

Based in Midlands and have been operating for over 20 years.
Provide full M&E Services and also CDM consultancy works and asset management
Mainly work within the commercial sector providing services to a wide range of blue chip commercial clients
About 30 engineers strong and cover the whole of the UK 

THE ROLE:

Static site in Trafford Park, Manchester looking for a M&E engineer from either an electrical or mechanical background
Providing PPM, servicing and remedial works and someone who is happy to do building services such as unblocking toilets and replacing light fittings etc.
Working within a warehouse.
PACKAGE:

32k basic salary
28 days holiday (including bank)
No call out
7.30 – 4 hours
