Support Desk Engineer This role is inside IR35 Location: Tipton Duration: 3 months Pay Rate: £100 - £120 per dayFor our Client based in Tipton we are looking for an ICT and Informatics Support Desk Engineer. You will be responsible for responding to requests for support and technical assistance via phone, electronically or in person and providing full ICT support to internal customers within ICT agreed Service Level Agreements. Requirements: Knowledge and experience of high-level customer service skills and best practiceKnowledge of relevant call tracking applicationsWorking knowledge of existing infrastructures and systems such as Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, remote services, antivirus and encryption systemsRelated experience and training in a service desk environment or otherwise providing ICT supportPlease don't hesitate to apply!
